So I finally started off with this blogging stuff. I guess it has really caught on.
But I am not going to talk much about what I think. I want to share my recipes. So heres my first recipe on my very own blog !
'Bread Crumbs chya Paatvadya' -
I happened to come across this one on one of the very popular shows on Zee Marathi, 'Aamhi Sare Khavaiye'. Eka ajjini hi sangitali hoti recipe. It looked lovely and I tried it out..and it tasted good as well. So here come the ingredients and the procedure...
Ingredients
- chopped spring onion (kandyachi paat)
- carrot (grated)
- cabbage (grated)
- beetroot (bolied and grated)
- tilkut
- bread crumbs (brown bread will make it healthier)
- green peas (boiled)
- corn (boiled)
- lemon juice (thodasa)
- tomatoe puree
- oil
- greeen chillies, ginger, garlic (paste)
- mohari (fodanit ghalato ti)
- salt and lal tikhat according to ur taste
Procedure
- Heat hoil in a vessel
- Add mohiri
- mohari tadtadali ki add greeen chillies, ginger, garlic (paste)
- Add chopped spring onions
- Add cabbage, carrots, green peas, corn, beet root, tomatoe puree one after the other
- let it cook
- Add bread crumbs
- Add tilkut, lemon juice, salt and lal tikhat
- Gas band karun hey mishran tel lavalelya tataliwar te thapava..garam astanach
- garnishing sathi til, kothimbir varun ghalava..
- thapalyawar tyachya vadya padavya
- gaar zalyawar tyachya vadya chan nightil
Here's how it looks like, though I havent added beet root to it (I coudnt get one here) it will taste and look as good !
